Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We will e-mail you the tracking information once we ship out your package. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and of its status. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, based on your card insurer's policies.

Shipping Cost For Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
